Customer Success Story & White Paper

Overview

Developed a long-form customer success story documenting how a pediatric therapy clinic discovered value and use cases of sensory light product.

The project transformed research findings and therapist insights, into a marketing assets supporting customer education and sales conversations. The content was structured to demonstrate real-world applications, highlight customer outcomes, and communicate value through narrative storytelling versus product promotion.

Primary Owner

Responsible for end-to-end development of the white paper, including stakeholder outreach, customer interviews, research, content strategy, content creation, asset selection, layout and final presentation.

My Role

  • Coordinated the case study and equipment evaluation with clinic owner.

  • Developed content strategy, organizational structure, and messaging framework.

  • Wrote and edited all long-form case study and white paper content.

  • Coordinated photography, obtained photo releases and supporting assets.

  • Created visual content structure, including image selection, pull quotes, callouts, and content flow.

Clickable Preview Card & Marketing Email

Overview

Developed content discovery pathway guiding website visitors browsing sensory content to an industry white paper using a clickable preview card framed as a Customer Success Story. The preview card directed website visitors to deeper educational content and relevant real-world cases relevant to the therapy market. Then developed a follow-up email for known prospects prompting them to book a call with a sales specialist.

Primary Owner

Responsible for end-to-end development of this project from strategy to implementation, including testing and ongoing management of setup in HubSpot.

My Role

  • Wrote email copy and crafted messaging.

  • Built a HubSpot email template using personalization token.

  • Created segmented contact lists based on tracked website activity and contact properties.

  • Integrated the meeting scheduler and managed call routing.

Clickable Preview Card Linking to White Paper

Created a preview card on sensory product pages that directed visitors to the Beyond Therapy customer success story, that functioned as a white paper, providing real-world insights supporting decision-making.


Lead Nurturing Email

Built a HubSpot email template for known prospects who viewed the Beyond Therapy Customer Success Story white paper. Used personalization tokens, an image link, and a meeting scheduler button to drive bookings with a subject-matter specialist.

Landing Page, Virtual Product Demo & CTA

Overview

Developed a research-based landing page and conversion funnel for education decision-makers. The project addressed common misconceptions and purchasing barriers by demonstrating the educational outcomes and quantifiable benefits of sensory products. It provided a pathway for converting visitors to prospects through a call scheduling CTA.

Marketing Content Management System

Overview

This Airtable built system provides content management system that’s scalable, simple to understand, and easy to update. It gives the marketing team visibility into content pipelines and due dates, while providing personalized views for different stakeholders, featuring at-risk items, leadership-flagged items, content by location and product category.

The project uses a relational database connects content across categories, helping teams see relationships in complex data. Customized views can be shared with partners across the ecosystem to provide ongoing visibility into relevant marketing initiatives, supporting alignment and reducing the need for communication.

Purpose

Demonstrate how I would approach building a content management tool by showing the ability to quickly evaluate systems, build and test a solution independently, and deliver working results without direction that meets both today’s need for a quick, functional solution and the long-term need to build scalable systems.

Digital Game Demo for McDonald’s Owner

Developed a demo tool for McDonald’s Owner Operators to help them understand the nature of the games offered on the Ucreate digital tablets, which were available to include in their restaurants as a family experience amenity. I created all aspects of this from created screen captures of the gameplay, to writing copy and publishing as landing pages.

INTRODUCTION

There is a certain kind of American man who is quietly disappearing, not because he is outdated, but because the conditions that forged him have vanished. Before safety became a cultural obsession, before boyhood was domesticated, American men were shaped by risk, consequence, landscape, and responsibility. Rob is one of those men. An American Son isn’t just the story of an individual; it’s the biography of an environment and a portrait of the cultural heritage that grew from its wilderness and formed our nation’s founding archetype.


AN AMERICAN LINEAGE

Every nation has a founding archetype. Ours was the frontiersman, the man who rode into the unknown, built from nothing, and learned by doing. His lessons came from exposure, danger, work, failure, and endurance. That archetype never disappeared; it evolved. Rob is the modern embodiment of that lineage. He is a living extension of an American temperament that once came naturally and evolved from the soil: humble, physical, resourceful, loyal, gritty, and attuned to the real world.
