Creative embodied practices to feel strong, open and alive.

We live in a world that moves fast and pulls in many directions. It’s easy to lose our rhythm and feel oriented outside ourselves rather than within.

Movement and creative practices become a reset. They slow the pace just enough to feel anchored again, reminding us how to move with curiosity and reconnect with what feels steady, expressive, and alive.

Movement practices are grounded, place-aware sessions designed to help you feel more present, strong, and at ease in your body. Each session is shaped by its environment — not imposed on it — and adapts to where you are, how you feel, and what you need.

Movement Practices

These practices range from steady and supportive to quietly challenging, emphasizing awareness, balance, breath and responsiveness over performance.

Dock Yoga

Dock Yoga is a place-based movement practice held on docks or fixed platforms at the water’s edge. The ground is stable, while the environment remains alive and responsive — water, light, breeze, and sound become part of the experience.

Dock Yoga is ideal for building strength, balance, and calm attention, while staying connected to your surroundings.

Sessions are offered as private experiences, tailored to individuals or small groups who book together.

I help people move, breathe, and feel more like your self.

My work blends movement, water, and creative practices with experimental formats that help you slow down, get curious and build capacity over time.

You don’t need to be flexible, artistic, or “good” at anything, just willing to show up and see what happens.
